Directions From Major Roadways

​

From the north (Vermont)​

• Travel south on I-91 until Springfield

• Take exit 14 for I-90 West/Westfield/Albany

• Take exit 2 for US-20/Lee/Pittsfield

• Follow the signs for Route 102 South to Stockbridge. Take Route 102 South, through Stockbridge, to the intersection with Route 7. The Red Lion Inn will be on your left, at the intersection.

• Turn left, and take Route 7 South into Great Barrington. After crossing a small bridge and turning left (at a traffic light), Route 7 becomes Main Street.  

• Drive down Main Street, passing a large Berkshire Bank time and weather sign on your right. After two more blocks, turn right onto Castle Street (at a traffic light). You will see the theater’s marquee on your right.

From the south (Hartford, CT)​

• Travel north on I-91 until Springfield

• Take exit 14 for I-90 West/Westfield/Albany

• Travel north on I-87

• Merge onto I-90 East toward Massachusetts

• Take exit 2 for US-20/Lee/Pittsfield

• Follow the signs for Route 102 South to Stockbridge. Take Route 102 South, through Stockbridge, to the intersection with Route 7. The Red Lion Inn will be on your left, at the intersection.

• Turn left, and take Route 7 South into Great Barrington. After crossing a small bridge and turning left (at a traffic light), Route 7 becomes Main Street.

From the west (Albany, NY)​​

• Take I-90 E toward Boston

• Take exit onto US-20 E/U.S. 9 S

• Continue on US-20 E

• Turn right onto NY-22 S

• Take MA-41 S into Great Barrington.  MA-41 becomes Main Street in downtown Great Barrington.

• Drive down Main Street, passing a large Berkshire Bank time and weather sign on your right.  After two more blocks, turn right onto Castle Street (at a traffic light).  You will see the theater’s marquee on your right.

 

From the east (Springfield and Boston, MA)​​

• Travel west on I-90

• Take exit 2 for US-20/Lee/Pittsfield

• Follow the signs for Route 102 South to Stockbridge.  Take Route 102 South, through Stockbridge, to the intersection with Route 7.  The Red Lion Inn will be on your left, at the intersection.

Rail

• The Berkshire Flyer provides rail service from New York City to Pittsfield in the Berkshires each weekend from May 26 – October 9. The train departs from New York's Penn Station at 3:16 PM on Fridays, and arrives at Joseph Scelsi Intermodal Transportation Center in Pittsfield at 7:12 PM. Departure from Pittsfield is at 3:00 PM on Sunday and arrival in New York City is 7:05 PM 

• Amtrak offers service to Pittsfield on the Lake Shore Limited, which runs between Boston and Chicago, 800-USA-RAIL
