Accessing Our Virtual Concert, From A-Z

Where should we go to buy our virtual tickets?

If you have never purchased a ticket for an online concert, not to worry!  Visit our Eventbrite Virtual Concert Page, then select the green button that reads Tickets, and you will then arrive at the purchase screen.

How many tickets do we need?

We request that patrons purchase one ticket per device.  If you have multiple people living in one household and can all watch together on one device, then you will only need to purchase one ticket.

Select the ticket type that applies to you (General Tickets are appropriate for most patrons, then there are special tickets for medical personnel and the press).

If you have a special promotional code, you can enter it by selecting the blue text near the top of the screen that reads,
Enter Promo Code".

You will also see an option to Donate to the BOF Artist Relief & Recovery Campaign.  Donations made towards this campaign will help support our amazing artists who have suffered financially due to the pandemic.  Your donation will help ensure BOF will be back performing on stage in 2021.

We thank you kindly for your generosity!

*Once you complete your purchase, a confirmation screen will pop up, but the link on that screen will not be live yet, because the concert date has not yet arrived.  Close out of Eventbrite and open your email next.

When you first open the email it will be very tempting to select that red button that says, "Go to online event page," but since the concert is not live yet, that link won't get you very far (until August 28th).  Instead, scroll further down in the email.

You will find your tickets, your receipt, and Additional Information about how to access the concert on Friday, August 28th at 7:30pm.  Here you will find a concert link and, most importantly, your password for entering the concert.  These two pieces of information (links) will provide access to the concert on August 28th).

What kinds of devices can I use to watch this virtual concert?

You can watch on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer, or even a TV that has a Roku, Google+, AppleTV, or a gaming system that connects to the internet.  The key is that you be connected to the internet.

Will I need to download anything to watch this concert?

No.  All you need is the URL link and the password that will be provided when you purchase your tickets.

Where will we 'go' to see this concert?

An email will be sent to all ticket buyers that will provide the link to our Vimeo site where the concert will reside.  You will also receive a reminder email shortly before the concert starts, reminding you of your link and password.

What if I have technical difficulties on the night of the concert?  Or what if I lose power?

Your ticket is non-refundable, but we are making the concert available to watch for an entire week after it premieres, providing ample time to view and enjoy (the link to our virtual concert will be up on the Vimeo site until September 4, 2020).

Ok, I have my email, I have my link and my password.  Now what?

You will received multiple email reminders about the concert, so your link and password will be super easy to access.  On August 28th at 7:30pm, go back to your email, select the Virtual Concert link (now you can use the red button), which will bring you to the BOF Virtual Concert page, "From Stage To Screen:  The Show Must Go On(line)!".

First, you will be asked for your password (which was provided in your email).

Submit your password to enter the concert site, and there you will be able to view the concert.  Just press Play!  You will have access to this concert for an entire week, so you'll be able to enjoy it again and again.
